American Chesapeake Club 2023 National Show Specialty Annual Banquet & Live Auction

We’ve had reports that the PayPal link on the website is not always working correctly and have noticed that a number of Banquet tickets have been reserved, but we have no record of payment coming through the PayPal system.

We will be reaching out to a number of folks to verify banquet reservations and payment,  and we know it is not your fault! We ask that you be patient with our Volunteers as we’re twork through this glitch in Technology.

For those of you who are planning to come to the banquet but have yet to make reservations (**hint, hint: deadline is September 1st), please make a payment directly to the American Chesapeake Club by using the email denice.thurston@gmail.com through PayPal. Hopefully, PayPal will start working again soon. Thank You! NSS Committee

There will be NO on-site reservations available, so reserve early!

chocolate noir cake with fresh berries and vanilla bean Chantilly cream (GF).

The price of dinner includes a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, including iced water, chilled regular or fruited lemonade, a variety of juices, sodas (Coke products), “virgin” cocktails, and other beverages and garnishes.

Alcoholic Beverages

All alcohol (beer, wine, and spirits), and the fees for two DABC-licensed bartenders, have been donated to the Club. Alcoholic beverages will be complimentary, thanks to our generous donors. (We are still accepting donations of alcohol for our event, so contact Michelle Voss for more information!) Any
alcohol being brought into the banquet event must be donated to the bar for common use, per Utah State law.

Alcoholic beverages will be served to guests over the age of 21 in what is called a ” hosted bar” by DABC-licensed and insured bartenders who will regulate service per Utah State law. This is Utah’s version of an “open bar”. Please, bring your valid, State issued ID as proof of age!
